Powermark FlyMOPA for integration is a robust, durable product, that works in any industrial environment. It can be used for laser marking: 2D codes, alphanumerical codes, one-dimensional codes, and logos.

The FlyMOPA laser marker uses the most innovative fiber technology and is the ideal solution for precision laser marking, micro-processing, and cutting metal and plastic. The MOPA can make color laser markings on metal and mark plastic without burning.

Fiber lasers have a lifetime of over 100,000 hours of laser marking, and their operating independence makes these lasers extremely easy to control by PLC.

Its size (rack format) is another significant advantage for anyone who needs to use this laser in a production line or a robotic cell.

As with all LASIT laser markers, this one can be integrated into the line with Profibus, Profinet, or Ethernet/IP protocols.

The Powermark FlyPeak laser is a revolution in laser marking on plastic. It is a DPSS (diode pumped solid state) system, combining the high peak power of very short pulse duration (compared to commercial solid state lasers) with unchanged average power, and the only laser source on the market that does this.

FlyPeak operates in a single shot range at 100 kHz with pulse width between 2 and 10 ns. Controlling the heat input is critical for quality laser marking on plastic. Too much heat can burn the marking edges, compromising quality and contrast. Instead of white, the marking comes out brownish-yellow.

The FLYPEAK laser pulse is always less than 10 ns for its entire range (from 20 kHz = 3.5 ns). This allows the marking to be cooled compared to traditional nanolasers, including fiber lasers. As a result, process quality is better. As with all LASIT laser markers, this one can be integrated into the line with Profibus, Profinet, or Ethernet/IP protocols.
